腐乳烤雞腿 Roasted Chicken Drums with Fermented Tofu Marinade

材料 Ingredients
小雞腿 Chicken drum 10 隻 each
腐乳醃料 Fermented tofu marinade 2 份 portion

做法
1.在每隻雞腿背面切開﹐這樣會醃得比較入味﹐而且較容易熟。
2.將腐乳醃料準備好。
3.將雞腿和腐乳醃料放在塑膠袋內醃至少 2 個小時放置在烤盤上﹐切開的那面向下。
4. 將烤箱預熱到 425° F (220°C)。將雞串放在烤盤上﹐放進烤箱中層烤 25 分鐘。
5. 將雞腿翻面刷上醃剩下的腐乳醃料後再烤 20分鐘即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Cut the back of each chicken drum open.
2.Prepare the Fermented Tofu Marinade.
3.Marinate the chicken drums with Fermented Tofu marinade in a plastic bag for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the chicken on a grill pan, back side up. Put the pan on the middle-upper rack. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes.
5. Turn the chicken and brush the remained Fermented Tofu marinade. Continue baking for another 20 minutes.
